Not just another baby and toddler class...here is HOW we differ.
All of our classes have detailed lesson plans and have been created based on research and evidence. Our classes have been designed to support a childs development during the first five years.
Child development is not linear and developmental milestones will be reached at different ages for all children. This is one of the reasons I keep my classes smaller as it allows our Play Practioners and Class Leaders to get to know the individual children and to ensure that we are including activities that are suitable for all of them.
Our classes are not one size fits all, but instead, they are tailored to the individuals. We always have additional activities/props/equipment should we need to make adjustments to ensure that every child is included. This is something that does take a lot of additional planning and preparation, however, it is something that I am very proud of and being accessible to all and making all children feel included is one of our core values.
We never want a child (or adult) to feel out of place in our class. An early experience for me, attending baby classes with my first, left me dreading class situations and filled me with anxiety. I do all I can to ensure that no one feels that way at a Fayes Way class.
